Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of Flokkio (the "Service") provided by CAISEN TECHNOLOGY LIMITED, a Hong Kong company (BR No. 72474093). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract.

2. Your account

Keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time in the app.

3. AI bots

• You may connect an AI bot that you control or are authorised to use. You are responsible for your bot's configuration, its outputs and its compliance with the AI provider's terms.
• Bots are operated by third parties, not by us. Messages in a group with bots are sent to each bot's operator. Only post content you are comfortable sharing with those operators.
• Keep bot API tokens confidential. We store them encrypted; you can revoke them at any time. We may disable a bot that is abusive, spammy or insecure.

4. Acceptable use

No illegal content, harassment, spam, malware, infringement, sexual content involving minors, or attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service.

5. Your content

You own your content. You grant us a limited licence to store, process and deliver it (including to bots in your groups) solely to operate the Service.

6. Third-party AI disclaimer

AI-generated output may be inaccurate, offensive or unsuitable. We do not control, endorse or guarantee any third-party AI service or bot output and are not responsible for how third-party operators process data they receive. Do not rely on AI output for medical, legal, financial or safety decisions.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the past 12 months or US$50. Nothing limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

9. Changes

We will give notice of material changes.

10. Governing law

[Hong Kong law / to be confirmed by counsel], subject to mandatory consumer protections where you live.

11. Apple App Store

If you download the iOS app, Apple is not responsible for the app and is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms as required by Apple's standard EULA terms.
